Who I work with
You may be a good fit if…
You think deeply
Your mind doesn't slow down easily. You want a place to sort through ideas, meaning, and questions that don't have tidy answers.
You're an athlete or high achiever
You're used to performing, but something's going wrong. You want to understand what drives you, what it costs, and what you actually want underneath it.
You're stuck in a pattern you can't break
You keep doing something you don't want to do. You understand it, you've tried to stop, and it still has a grip on you.
You're spirituality curious
Faith, doubt, and meaning are part of how you understand yourself. You want a counselor who can hold that conversation with care.

My approach
Counseling as a shared, honest conversation.
I draw from Narrative, Existential, and Internal Family Systems therapies. That means we'll look at the stories you've inherited and told yourself, the bigger questions of meaning and freedom you're sitting with, and the day-to-day patterns of thought and behavior that shape your life.
My job isn't to fix you. It's to walk alongside you with curiosity, and help you clarify your own values as you explore what's true.

A note from me
"The unexamined life is not worth living - but the over-examined one isn't either."
Therapy, at its best, is a place to do the examining honestly and then actually go live. That's the kind of work I want to do with you.
